What we collect
We collect the name, phone number, optional email address, delivery address, postcode, order items, order notes, payment method, order token and order status needed to prepare, take payment for, deliver, refund, send order updates and support your order.

Why we use it
We use order details to provide the takeaway service you requested, keep a transaction record, prevent fraud or misuse, handle refunds and respond to customer requests. We do not sell customer data or use it for marketing from this system.

Who receives it
Staff can see the order information needed to run the shop. Payment, hosting, SMS or email providers may process limited data for their service when those live services are configured.

How long we keep it
By default, customer-identifying order fields are kept for 13 months, then the name, phone, email, delivery address and notes are anonymized while the order totals and items remain for reconciliation and business records. The shop owner can shorten or extend this period in settings where justified.

Your deletion request
Use the private order status page to request deletion of your order details, or call the shop. If the order is still active, the request is recorded and customer-identifying fields are anonymized after the order is closed. Closed orders can be anonymized immediately.

Future call recordings
This website does not currently record calls. If call recording or voice ordering is added later, the shop must give a clear recording notice, define a retention period and follow UK GDPR and PECR requirements before recording.
未来电话录音
